Darren Owens is a loving husband, father of five, and grandfather of three. He was raised in central Wyoming and currently lives in the Phoenix area. He served his country in The United States Marine Corps and was deployed to Operations Desert Shield & Desert Storm, as well as numerous other missions both domestic and abroad. He has worked in the telecommunications industry for almost thirty years, and is looking forward to retirement after a few more. He has been an aspiring author and storyteller for most of his life. Other than his family, he most enjoys solving the world’s problems with his friends, over a cold beer and a good cigar by the fire.
