Maggie is a 3-year-old girl who loves to play on her tablet. She also loves to dump her toys on the floor. When her mom realizes that Maggie may not know how to use her imagination to play with her toys, Mom decides to create a play scenario for them both to play together.
Maggie Malone and Her Imagination is a children’s book designed for both parents and toddlers/preschoolers. This book will help parents model for their children how to pretend to play and show preschoolers and toddlers how to use their imagination with their toys to create play scenarios so they can play more independently.
Wendy Haller has been an integrated preschool special education teacher for 19 years. She loves story time with her students and creating warm and welcoming environments for them to explore. Over her years as an educator and the growth of technology, she has noticed students struggling with imaginative play. In her first children’s book, she has created a wonderful story for children and parents to help them return back to the innocence of childhood through creative play.
