Samantha is an author, actor and award-winning filmmaker living in Toronto, Canada. She is a certified Dr. Shefali Conscious Parenting Coach and received her MFA in film production from The University of Southern California. Help Me Be Me is a beautifully written book that I feel every parent should read!
It will help them to establish a closer bond with their children, leading to stronger relationships and improved well-being all around. I found it especially touching to see the story told from a child’s point of view, which made it tear-jerking at times, but also very insightful. It’s a sweet reminder for parents, not only to love their children no matter what but also to be patient and accept big emotions.
