Inverse is part of a multiverse adventure series called the Fog Saga. The genre is Science Fiction, but it has some elements of fantasy. Mora, a young science student in her last year of university, has a near-fatal mishap during her experiments with portal technology. She switches places with her counterpart, Zamora. Ending up in an alternate multiverse where the culture, language, and political intrigues conspire to prevent her return to her version of Hadot. Supported by four young women who each have exceptional gifts, Mora and the others empower and give a voice to the unrepresented fair races who live as refugees in the county called Wendat. The Ancient Order of the Amon Kuroo has labeled the fair races, Pinks, and considers them a lower sub-species, who are incapable of higher learning. The Pinks live in servitude to the Zendali. Mora is a forbidden mix of Zendali and Pink, called Fog, due to their coloring. She has a brilliant mind for invention and exceptional skills. For this reason, Mora and her counterpart Zamora represent everything the Zendali fear.
